Focus Drawn designed the back bar and bar facade for new restaurant, The Station, in Winston-Salem, NC
More Details in this Projects. 👇As part of the new restaurant opening, Focus Drawn designed a floor to ceiling back bar with lighted displays, rolling library ladder, and glass background. We also designed a backlight brass work and laminate bar front.
Focus Drawn partnered with Hammerhead to design and build the new back bar and bar for an oyster bar in an old train depot. With inspiration images from the restaurant owner, we modeled the bar area to highlight the extensive liquor and wine offerings. We created a high-definition rendering package of the bar with multiple design options.
The restaurant owner choose a floor-to-ceiling display option with brass accents, textured glass backing, and led lighting for the back bar. Our design needed to accommodate a substantial alcoholic beverage offering and present the bottles as a collection. To access the collection, we designed a rolling library ladder a bar tender can use to collect liquor bottles while the patrons watch the process.
For the front bar, we were tasked with aesthetically supporting a tobacco-leaf resin bar top. We landed on a rich wood laminate with brass accents and backlighting. The front bar is complimented with a custom brass foot rail and custom brass accents above the bar.
