Our Process

We believe that communication is key.  On each of our projects, Focus Drawn prioritizes keeping the client up-to-date and in the know.  To ensure that a project runs as smoothly as possible,

• We create a digital bible that includes: a master contact list, a master project calendar, a repository of all active paperwork and specifications, task lists for individual assets, expense tracking, budget balance sheet, and an archive of communications.
• Using digital collaboration tools, we host document storage, video conferencing, and mark-up software to communicate revisions.
•  Our digital platform allows contractors and vendors to submit drawings and paperwork for approval, creating a record of events that maintain accountability and transparency.
• Focus Drawn will help set priorities and track their status so that you can have a glimpse of your project’s trajectory at anytime.

When necessary, we will perform site visits and coordinate on-the-ground activities.
