Design is meant to be experienced. We believe in the power of 3D modeling and rendering to get a design up on its feet. Through a live walk-through, VR experience, or screen-share, we can explore the design in real time. Make changes to architecture, finishes, furnishings and even see how the design can changes over the seasons.

Designing on the computer and exploring the model is valuable, but that vision has to be translated into the real-world. Focus Drawn uses state-of-the-art technology to document the design decisions for contractors, installers, landlords, and stakeholders to act on. If we model it, it can be bought or produced. Our digital files can be shared with production shops as we work in industry standard file types. So you get in real life what you see in the virtual space without wasting time and money.

We take it a step further at Focus Drawn. Using a 3D scanner that is accurate to 0.1”, we can capture a space as it is. From this scan, we can pull accurate measurements and precisely locate infrastructure. On large build-outs, we like to scan a space several times to have a record of what’s enclosed behind finished walls.
